Avid currently supports Pathways with these integrations:
- Constant Contact
- Engaging Networks
- Google Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Microsoft Advertising
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud
What if my connection does not show the Audiences badge?
If a connection does not show Audiences, Avid does not currently treat it as a Pathways destination. It will not appear in the destination list until support is added.
What if a destination is disabled for the audience I selected?
Some destinations only support certain audience types or data structures. If a destination cannot accept the audience you selected, Avid disables that destination and shows a message explaining that it cannot be used for that audience.
For example, Facebook Conversions requires transaction-based conversion data. If your audience is built from a Constituent Data Blend and does not include the transaction fields needed for a Facebook Conversions pathway, that destination will not be available. To use Facebook Conversions, build an audience that uses the transaction data required for conversion syncing.

- Open Audiences or Pathways to create or push an audience.
Notes and limits
Pathways support is labeled as Audiences on the Connections page.
The Connections page uses the Audiences badge, not a Pathways badge, to identify supported destinations.
Playbooks is separate.
A Playbooks badge does not by itself mean a connection works with Pathways. Look for Audiences.
