Avid connects your fundraising tools, measures program health, and helps you act on donor data through Scorecard, Insights, Benchmarks, Pathways, and Playbooks.
What Avid is
Avid is a fundraising operating system for nonprofits. It connects your CRM, email platform, advertising accounts, and donation tools into one workspace. You measure performance, build donor audiences, and launch coordinated campaigns without switching between disconnected systems.
Avid sits on top of the tools you already use. It harmonizes data from connected sources and surfaces where to focus next.
Why it matters
Fragmented tools hide patterns. You may not see which donors are lapsing, which channels drive the best returns, or where to invest next.
Avid centralizes your data and adds intelligence on top. You get answers to strategic questions without manual spreadsheet work.
How it works: five core features
Open any feature from the left navigation sidebar.
Scorecard
Scorecard grades program health across five metrics: Retention, Acquisition, Reactivation, Upgrade, and Awareness. Each metric uses a 4-star rating. See The Five Scorecard Metrics Explained.
Insights
Insights is your reporting and analytics hub. Run matchback reports, track goals, and drill into performance. It answers: what is happening in my fundraising right now?
Benchmarks
Benchmarks compares your metrics to peer organizations by size, vertical, and revenue. Use it to see whether a number is strong or a gap to close.
Pathways
Pathways is where you build and manage donor audiences. Create owned segments, generate modeled segments from existing audiences, and push lists to email and ad platforms.
Playbooks
Playbooks is your campaign execution engine. Start from the Play Catalog or build with AI. Review strategy, audiences, and touchpoints, then approve and launch to connected channels.
