Find a proven campaign template in the Play Catalog, click Start, and open a new play in Playbooks with AI-generated touchpoints you can review before launch.

Steps

Open Playbooks in the left navigation.
You land on the Home tab with the heading Automate your fundraising.

Review suggested plays on Home, or click the Catalog tab to browse every available template.
The page heading changes to Play Catalog. You see play cards with focus area, channels, and estimated runtime.

Click a play card to open its description, or click Start on the play you want.
Avid opens the play creation flow. For a custom campaign, click Start on the Smart Play card instead.

Name the play, set the campaign Date, and click Next.
Avid generates strategy, audiences, and touchpoints. The play opens in the builder with status Draft.

Review the Strategy, Audiences, and Touchpoints tabs.
Each tab shows AI-generated content you can edit before you approve and launch.
What you will see
A new play in your Playbooks workspace. Touchpoints appear on the Touchpoints tab in Grid, List, or Calendar view. Status badges show when assets are still generating.

Notes and limits
- Some plays require connected email, ad, or donation destinations before launch.
