Connect Neon One to Avid with your organization ID and API key so donation and constituent data sync into Avid.

- You connect Neon One to Avid for the first time.
- You need your Neon One organization ID or API key.
- You rotate API credentials on an existing Neon One connection.

Find your organization ID and API key
- Log in to Neon One.
- Open your organization settings for API access. See Neon’s guide: Neon CRM API keys.
- Copy your Organization ID and API Key.
Connect Neon One in Avid
In Avid, go to Settings. You can also open the Avid AI Integration Checklist.
Connect a CRM system:
- In the checklist, click CRM, then click Connect your CRM, or
- In Settings, open Connections, click the Add button, then choose System.
Find the Neon One tile and click it.
Enter your Organization ID and API Key.
Click Save.
Avid validates the connection. When successful, the connection shows in Settings → Connections.
Allow up to 24 hours for the first full data sync.
What you will see
- The Neon One connection shows under Settings → Connections.
- Donor and gift data appears in Insights after the first sync.
