Connect Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud in Avid
- In Avid, go to Settings or the Avid AI Integration Checklist.
- Connect a CRM:
- In the checklist, click CRM, then click Connect your CRM, or
- In Settings, open Connections, click the Add button, then choose System.
- Click the Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud tile.
- Click Authenticate.
- Sign in to Salesforce production and approve access for Avid.
- Return to Avid. The connection should show as connected.
The authenticating user needs read access to standard objects Avid syncs, including Opportunity, Account, Contact, Campaign, and related records. If authentication fails with an access error, update Salesforce permissions and try again.
