- Add a description.
- Select your time frame.
Avid will take care of the rest.
Within minutes, Avid will create the copy for your entire campaign.
This includes copy for every touchpoint, across every channel, with segmented messaging for your most critical audiences.
2. Dial In Your Strategy
Any AI tool can create a few emails and social posts for you. But Avid takes your campaign strategy to the next level.
Avid Playbooks are built on proven fundraising campaign strategies. And they’re completely customized and tailored to you.

Hit the “Launch Campaign” button to finalize all your touchpoints. If you’re deploying to Mailchimp, Hubspot, or Meta / Facebook Ads, Avid will set up all your touchpoints for you.
For other fundraising channels, we’ll export your full campaign copy to a Google Doc. From there, you can copy and paste into your channel of choice and deploy your campaign.

- Key brand terms
Avid populates all of this information automatically by researching your organization based on the website URL.
But if something needs a bit more detail, you can modify any of these fields manually.
Avid Playbooks will then use this as the foundation for how it writes copy for your campaigns.
