Week of December 1
Version 3.02

  • Playbook Builder now includes Table and Calendar views for viewing touchpoints by audience or channel and managing cadence.
  • Touchpoints now support scheduling both the send date and time.
  • Updated image upload design on Touchpoints makes it easier to work with multiple images and lays groundwork for future ad image generation.
  • Support modal now allows file and image uploads so you can share more context with our team.

November 2025

Week of November 17
Version 3.01

  • Playbooks and Lockstep are now mobile-responsive for easier use on phones and tablets.
  • Google Doc export has been fixed and significantly sped up (from 5+ minutes to around 30 seconds for 50 touchpoints), and now includes Launch Date in the export.
  • New integration: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, enabling export via FTP for supported Pathways.
  • Marketo integration fixes and additional stability improvements across the platform.

  • Added the ability to view archived files and audiences including who archived them and the ability to restore them.
