If a Facebook Page does not appear in the listed options in Avid Playbooks after the latest update, your Facebook permissions are scoped too narrowly. Reconnect Facebook and edit previous settings to include the correct Business (or all Businesses).
Quick checks
Confirm you are an Admin of the Page in Facebook Business Manager. Confirm the Page lives in a Business you can access.
Fix
- In Avid, go to Settings → Connections.
You see your connected apps. On Facebook, click Update credentials → Authenticate.
A Facebook window opens.- In Facebook, click Edit previous settings.
You see Choose the Businesses you want Avid AI to access.
Choose one option:
- Opt in to all current and future Businesses (recommended). All current and new Pages will be available in Avid automatically.
- Opt in to current Businesses only, then select the Business that owns the missing Page.
You can use Select all if needed.
Click Continue, then Reconnect (or complete the flow). Facebook saves your selection and returns you to Avid. In Avid, open your Launch screen. Refresh the page. The Page now appears in the deployment list.
Why this happens
If you previously limited access to only some Businesses, Pages from unselected Businesses cannot appear in Avid. Broadening the permission scope fixes the list.
