Overview

The Agency Dashboard is a powerful new feature in Avid AI designed specifically for agencies managing multiple nonprofits. It provides a snapshot of how each nonprofit is performing, along with tools to dig deeper and take action.

The dashboard appears as soon as you log in, giving you instant access to critical data and direct links into various systems.

Key Features of the Agency Dashboard

  1. Performance Summaries at a Glance
    At the top of the dashboard, you’ll see a summary of Total Revenue, Gifts, and Donors for the nonprofits under your management. These metrics include:
    1. Filtering Options: You can filter data by nonprofit, time period (current month, last month, or fiscal year-to-date), or by your current user.
    2. Percent Change Insights: Compare performance to the same time period last year with easy-to-read percent changes to identify trends.
  2. Plan-Level Indicators
    Quickly identify what plan each nonprofit is on:
    1. Benchmarks: Access to benchmarks only (free plan).
    2. Insights: Full-featured access with the paid package.
    3. Trial: Short-term trial access limited to just agency partners that is designed for onboarding new clients or responding to RFPs.
  3. CRM Sync Alerts
    Stay on top of CRM connectivity:
    1. See when each nonprofit’s CRM was last synced.
    2. Receive warnings when it’s been over a week since the last sync, helping you ensure data stays up to date.
  4. Customized Data Filtering
    Make the dashboard work for your agency by setting filters tailored to your responsibilities. 
    1. Click on the filter icon on the far right side of the table 
    2. Apply filters that will limit the results to only certain transactions. For example, the transactions can be limited to an individual channel or a select group of donors.
    3. Once you set a filter and save, the data will be updated on the next refresh to display the  results relevant to your agency’s scope.
  5. User-Specific Access
    The dashboard is designed with security and usability in mind:
    1. Agency Admins: Can see all nonprofits managed by the agency.
    2. Individual Users: Only see the nonprofits they’ve been assigned to. This ensures users only access the information they need, maintaining confidentiality and clarity.
